  The Philippines is super vulnerable because of its location, right? It's a bunch of islands, so rising sea levels and crazy storms hit hard. Also, many Filipinos depend on farming and fishing, which are directly affected by changing weather patterns. Sadly, some practices that aren't so eco-friendly also make things worse, leading to more environmental problems and making life tougher for everyone. I'm the esports facilitator for this year's intramurals, and I'm excited to include competitive gaming in our school's athletic programs. I am writing to respectfully request the installation of a new public waste bin at Elm Street Park, specifically near the main playground area. Over the past few months, I have noticed a significant increase in litter in this area, particularly on weekends. The current single bin is often full by noon, leading to trash being left on the ground. A new bin would help keep the park clean and safe for children and families.
